David Ortega and Alberto Mendez are friends who are family, and Café con Ron is theirs. We built it to honor the roots of Mexico and Latin America.
From brunch to dinner
We've spent years in the restaurant industry, and brunch is what we know best. Dinner is the next step, and we call it "high elevated": ancestral flavors with contemporary techniques.

We designed every detail to feel like Tulum. A breeze through the palms, woven lamps over the tables, a mural watching over the room.
